Once goals, objectives, and the scope of desired services are determined, both a scheduled timetable and service fees are established prior to a final engagement.

RETIREMENT PLAN SERVICE COMMITTMENT

As your financial professional, we will help you create and maintain a high-quality retirement plan by providing excellent plan service for you and educational support for your participants.  We commit to providing the following services for the company retirement plan:

Provider Search, Selection and Implementation/Conversion

  • Assess current retirement plan needs and objectives
  • Evaluate plan design options, consulting with a pension administrator where appropriate
  • Assist in the identification of an appropriate provider
  • Provide education on investment alternatives
  • Oversee all activities, policies and procedures for transitioning to new provider

Ongoing Plan Service

  • Offer to conduct no fewer than two (2) on-site Enrollment Meetings per plan year
  • Conduct a quarterly plan review with your Retirement Plan Committee
  • Assist with the enrollment of new plan participants
  • For participants who provide their email address:  Market Commentaries, Webinar Invitations, Forefeild® Articles
  • Work with your Retirement Plan Committee to create and monitor an Investment Policy Statement (IPS)
  • Provide legislative and regulatory updates
  • Serve as your primary liaison with your plan’s Record Keeper and Third Party Administrator
  • Assist with annual retirement plan review:  plan diversification, participation and deferral rates, service experience and review of plan investment options

Employee/Participant Education

  • Work with the Retirement Plan Committee to develop measurable annual employee goals and objectives
  • Coordinate ongoing employee enrollment meetings, targeted educational programs, and print/online campaigns in support of the Retirement Plan Committee’s annual employee education goals and objectives
